For the last 20 years, Dave has been in the C-Suite leading software companies that develop consumer-facing products and technologies for financial institutions and Fortune 500 companies including Sony, Dell, HP, and FIS. He has a proven ability to recognize and successfully navigate the real-world complexities inherent in strategic planning, team building, operations and execution. Dave has developed and implemented business plans at all stages from back-of-the-napkin, to venture capital and private equity for later-stage opportunities. He’s led companies through Big 4 and state audits and been a driving force in scaling many fast-growing companies. David has a B.A. in Biology from Harvard University, where he has volunteered the last 20 years as a local Southern California applicant interviewer for the Admissions Committee and is an active member of the Harvard Varsity Club. Outside the office, he enjoys long-distance motorcycle touring, skiing and hiking.
Chief Revenue Officer
In his role as Chief Revenue Officer, James is focused on providing sales leadership, competitively positioning the company in the marketplace, and developing products and strategies to optimize growth. Prior to joining vWise, James led the National Sales and Distribution teams for The Bancorp Bank’s Institutional Banking Group. His responsibilities included oversight of the banks Private Label Banking platform covering 15 partners managing and administrating $2.7 trillion in assets, multiple FDIC asset strategies, retail securities backed line of credit programs and the Bank’s IRA business lines. Before joining Bancorp, James served as a financial advisor for First Financial Group, working with high-net-worth individuals. James earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and Administration from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. James has served as a SPARK Board Member since 2010.
Chief Technology Officer
Chris is a big data, distributed systems pioneer that brings vWise 28 years of experience focused on building cross-functional teams that solve complex problems. His teams develop straightforward, data-driven SaaS solutions focused in online marketing, data analytics and financial services. Chris’ major Internet startup experience began when he served as CTO at IPRO, the first web analytics platform. While serving in that role for eight years, Chris became one of the foremost authorities in the online media research industry. As a result, he served on several industry-leading initiatives, boards and committees for the Interactive Advertising Bureau, Web Analytics Association, and Online Publishers Association. In recent roles, Chris completely replaced the technology stack at ReviewBuzz, a reputation management firm, in 9 months. At Ascend he built an online lending system focused around alternative underwriting techniques, which led to its sale in less than 3 years. As a founder at Tumlis, he built the fastest-growing real estate platform based on predictive analytics tools to drive engagement. Chris owns and has applied for several patents over the past 25 years, including recent applications for Lending System with Intelligent Credit Risk Analyses and Servicing Processes (2016), System and Method for Collection and Use of Real Estate (2013), and System and Method for Providing Real Estate Information Systems (2013). Chris holds a Bachelor of Science from Indiana University and a Master of Science from George Washington University.
SVP Client Experience
Responsible for the timely development and execution of client projects to guarantee client satisfaction and long-term business relationships, Brandi’s team ensures that vWise is able to deliver quality solutions and services both on time and within budget through effective and efficient use of resources. Supporting clients for the entire lifecycle, Brandi’s team is tasked with understanding client requirements in context of product functionality and collaborating with product and development teams to implement solutions that enhance business outcomes for clients, delivering a world class customer experience. Prior to joining vWise, Brandi was employed by companies such as Vertical Management Systems, Inc., CNA Trust, and Union Bank, N.A., where she successfully created and implemented numerous projects with a diverse focus. Brandi is a graduate of Arizona State University.
SVP Sales/Key Accounts
Working as a consultative partner to key clients, Lucio drives and develops account-specific growth strategies and ensures that all client needs and expectations are met with the goal of strengthening and enhancing long-term relationships. During his 20 years of experience with Fidelity, he held several positions at the Trust Company, from Head of Middle and Back Office Operations to Product Manager. He also led Institutional Sales for Custody and Clearing, servicing the RIA and 401(k) administrator communities, and most recently was the Head of Sales for the AdviserSource and Family Wealth.
An award-winning filmmaker and 30-year veteran of the film industry, P.J. has been with vWise since its inception in 2006 as employee #1. Throughout his career in film, TV, advertising and marketing he has worked with notable clients from ESPN, Disney, Coors, NFL, Verizon, iHeart Radio and Madison Square Entertainment. He began his career working on set at Warner Brothers Studios on the hit TV series “ER”. P.J. is alumni to the prestigious Edinburgh Film Festival Director’s Lab. He produced 4 seasons of the award winning, hit teen drama series ANYONE BUT ME (now on Hulu) and his commercial work for Srixon Golf has won the CLIO. His current film project, which he wrote and directed, stars Colman Domingo and Kevin Bacon (with appearances from vWise’s John & Arlene!) and has qualified to compete for an Oscar® in the 95th Academy Awards.
Stephanie is responsible for providing oversight, development and employment of marketing initiatives, public relations and branding efforts to achieve long-term and short-term organizational goals. Her team drives content development and implementation of integrated content across multiple platforms for targeted initiatives. She has over 20 years of experience providing leading-edge sales, marketing and public relations strategies in multiple industries, including financial services and software. During her career, she has partnered with Fortune 500 organizations to successfully develop and execute targeted initiatives across multiple platforms, reaching a diversity of audiences.
